Returns & Refunds

 

We hope that you never feel you want to return anything you’ve bought from us, however on the rare occasion you do change your mind, then you are welcome to send back the item/items by following the below instructions...

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, providing us with your original order number.

 

The item should be returned via a tracked service in its original packaging and in an undamaged state. The customer is responsible for the cost of the returned item and will be refunded the cost of the item only minus the original shipping costs. Please note items on sale cannot be returned.

 

If for any reason your items are damaged in transit (this is rare but can sometimes happen) then please contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the situation by replacing your item. You will need to provide us with photographs of the damage before we can look into processing a refund or replacement.
